Functions & Performance
The ELIPS is available in 3 different versions, all of them with either a 50mm or 80mm bolt distance. The dynamo version features the innovative Safe-Stop function. This means that the light burns for 4 extra minutes after the bike stops, which increases the safety for you as a cyclist tremendously.
The battery version of the ELIPS has a lifetime of 50h and works with 2x AAA batteries (supplied with the rearlight), which is very impressive for a battery rearlight with this light output! Are the batteries almost empty? Don’t worry, because the handy battery load indicator signals right on time for you to replace the batteries.
The ELIPS rearlight is conform to German, French, Danish and Dutch standards.
* The dynamo version of the ELIPS should only be connected to the dynamo (3W) via the headlamp and not directly to the dynamo (risk of overvoltage).
* The 50mm versions of the ELIPS are only available in OEM.
